There was a bug in sIFR 2.0 that caused some problems with old versions of Mozilla. I’m hoping that’s what is causing my headers not to display for Netscape on my PC at home. Just replace the sifr.js file with the new one. Cake.

Judging from your JS file, yup, this fixes it.
I just corrected the JS file, and checked my PC at work, and sIFR is working for Netscape 8. But for Netscape 7.1, it shows the CSS headers instead of the Flash.
I fired up Netscape 7.1 on my PC here at home, and the sIFR headers are working just fine.
