From our initial research, we noticed patterns that we believed could be explored in developing our product.
We identified the following needs of commuters:
- flexibility
- entertainment
- keeping to oneself; avoiding others
- indirect social interaction
- being part of a group, but not talking to them
- personal time; productivity
- escaping from surroundings
- stuffiness
- crowdedness
- people you want to avoid
- small and lightweight items
- large bag/backpack
