It was actually good to wipe out all the styles and start from scratch. When I have previously styled my blog, I’ve left the styles for the WordPress default theme, and then amended. However, that can get messy. And I like to keep things simple and clean.
If you’ve looked at jaminhegeman.com, you’ll have realized I stole the Flash creatures from that site. Then I used the holy grail from an A List Apart article written by Matthew Levine.
I don’t know if I’ll keep things like this (probably not). But I kind of like the absence of style for the moment. And the creatures at the top kind of look like balloons when I’m not paying attention. And that makes me happy.
