		<description>A central theme of human centered design is empathy. As such, more design thinking in business means more empathy in business. 

It seems that if design is the means, then empathy is the end. 

It may look like businesses are focused on design and innovation only for financial means. - But more empathy causes significant changes to a management team, a design team and in the end, a whole business.</description>
